    You consciously stay clear of the gym because you prefer to train on your own at home? No problem: I will show you exercises that you can perform easily with plain tools and/or with your own body weight at your house.

    You like to go outside and enjoy being in the wild? Why not train in paradisial setting. Whether at the beach, in the meadow or in the woods, I will choose the right exercises by my equipment to achieve your goals efficiently with fun and fresh air.
  • Nutrition Advice

    A constant and persistent movement is very important to the body. But everything stands and falls with a correct, balanced and steady nutrition. I will give you examples and show you how to issue your diet consciously and how to avoid general mistakes.
